I'm enjoying this medium roast in my French Press. It has a nice full body, hints of chocolate, is not acidic whatsoever. Very balanced, nice beans. I like to make it on the strong side, a nice coffee punch in the morning, especially if consumed slowly. It's a 41/2 star coffee for me. I'd buy again.

Was not impressed and didn't expect for the coffee to come out consistently bitter. Tried varying the grind, pour time, nothing helped. Could have been a bad bag but I've already moved on to another brand that has consistent results.

Perfect coffee for the daily grind; literally and figuratively. I love to drink it while having a quiet moment in the corner of the couch most mornings. Smooth flavor and not over powering or bitter. If you enjoy whole bean coffee regularly, then you will enjoy Caribou Medium roast.
