Cariloha Geltop Pillow

The pillow is comfortable but it has a really strong chemical smell. I figured this was just off-gassing and I let it air out for a week. Unfortunately it still has a really bad smell to it.

When I received this pillow I was astonished. It was heavy and soft and felt cool. I get really warm sleeping and this pillow is amazing. Would recommend to everyone!!

They are. Comfortable and help with a good night's sleep. Try them for yourself.

We love the hall pillows, I have 2 on each bed. They are my favorite pillows.

The pillows are comfortable but the have a smell to them. I have aired them out for a month. I have washed the covers three times and they still have a clinical smell.

This product has been my favorite since we purchased or King Sized Mattress. They are comfortable winter and summer…cooling gel really works!

I received the gel pillow about a month ago. I slept on it for 2 nights. That's all I could take. There's a chemical odor coming from it that is very unpleasant. I thought to just let it sit ("breathe") in the room for a few days. Two days later I notice the same odor in that portion of the room. Certainly not as strong as when your face is on the pillow, but noticeable. I put it on the lanai (covered, screened, large porch in Florida), to let the air get at it, and the heat to help get that chemical odor out. It's been there ever since. The odor is still in the pillow, but possibly less intense. I haven't contacted customer service yet, but I'm going to give it until next week and see (smell) how it's coming along. Other than that, it's firm, and I didn't notice if it was actually cooling, so perhaps it isn't great at that, but more than 2 nights is needed for that assessment.

Love our new "Classic" sheet set. They are incredibly soft and cool to sleep on.

Not impressed. There is nothing that stands out about this pillow or makes it any more special than any of the other gel pillows in the market. I’m not sure I can even say I 100% feel the coolness of the gel.

I find that some of the gel pillows feel hard once you have been laying on it for a little while, but not this pillow. It is comfortable all night long!

It is hard and does not cool. I wrote to you and no one ever got back to me

I get hot at night so it's really nice that there is a "cooling" element in the pillows so my head doesn't sweat. It's the perfect amount of density too. I do recommend this pillow.

My husband and I have been searching for a great pillow for awhile. I took a chance buying these and WOW! We have had them for a month now and I will never buy another standard pillow. Have not had neck pain and although the pillow is firm, it has enough movement to make for a great sleep!

Most people are right, this pillow is rock hard initially out of the box and I like firm pillows but I questioned this one. Given it a few weeks now, it's soften quit a bit, it doesn't maintain that incredible firmness that it did originally, (It kept my head at a higher angle than my spine initially, now my heads almost level of not a little lower angled.) But it's still fairly firm (i like it now, much better than open box).Definitely give it a couple weeks if you're thinking about trying this because it needs that long to soften up (for daily use anyway). Havent tried a different pillow to see if this will firm up like out of the box yet, ill test that out soon. As far as coolness, I don't notice much of a difference or improvement from my other pillows, they're all slated to be cool .
