The 3700ESSENTIAL has been a nice addition to my kitchen. It makes a smooth, rich espresso and the steam wand froths milk better than I expected at this price point. It’s also pretty compact, which is great for my limited counter space. The only thing I noticed is that it can be a bit noisy when starting up, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, it’s a dependable machine that delivers good coffee every morning.

I have had owned the model 3700 since 2023. I wanted a more compact unit and this one works great! I use it daily and especially like the adjustable steam.

Overall I am pleased with the product, for the price it delivers a good cup of coffee, milk heating and frothing ability. You need to improve the porta-filter it can quite difficult to attach when overfilled with just a minor amount of powder. Thanks

I love my CasaBrew!!! It fits perfectly on my counter top does not take up much space and it is easy to set up and use. Can be a little loud but nothing that would make me hate it. I’m excited to upgrade in the future but definitely a 10/10 for beginners - super easy to clean as well.

From a fast 20 second brew time, to a frothy espresso, to it's programmable brew time, this machine totally rocks! A smart, affordable, high-quality machine...highly recommend!

This little espresso machine is such a powerhouse. We used it off and on for when we had friends over for lattes and for a volunteer function for about 30 people or so. It makes things so special. Me and my husband have been using it for americanos as our main coffee maker the last few weeks. No complaints after a year and a half of use ☺️

The 3700 Essential Espresso was a gift to me from my son. Unfortunately, it was missing the double shot filter. I saw on the website reviews someone else had this same issue. Please send us a double shot filter. I will send my address when I received your email response. Thank you

This was a Christmas gift, so only one day of use but it proves easy to use and the directions are clear. When I was following the steam wand set up, quite a bit of brown came out. It was super gross - something that if normal I would have wanted the manual to alert me towards. Additionally, despite over 10 cycles, the steam and espresso smell and taste heavily if plastic. I'm hoping it gets better, but I wanted others to know.

After being grumpy that my little Krups had died after 20 years in a hard water area, this is the perfect "one person" solution for at home espresso at a very nice price. The holder for the grounds is initially quite stiff but with a few uses it loosens up just enough not to be a problem. Makes very decent espresso, froth-er is great. I am looking forward to experimenting with better quality of coffee. My only negative is the temperature of the coffee, even with running water thru the machine ahead of brewing, the temperature is hot, but not super hot. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend as someone who is not a connoisseur and just wants a nice espresso without leaving the house. And a plus is that it looks super nice.

I bought this machine and love it in general but it came with missing parts, I am missing the 1 shot cup. Even with that missing, I would recommend it overall but beware of missing parts if you buy one.

I really like this machine. It took a YouTube video to get me started, but the coffee is very good. I do wish the water container was not plastic since I would like to be able to fill it up for the week, as one purchaser suggested, to void micro plastics.
