Not wireless charging compatible
The description stated this item is wireless charging compatible, and while yes, it will start charging when placed on a wireless charger, the case is NOT magnetic so the phone will not stay in the correct position on a wireless charger.

The replacement case is better than the original!
I bought this case almost 2 years ago and it has protected my phone well, nothing has broken or cracked. It is also so cute! My favorite phone case I’ve ever had. My only complaint is the buttons stick out far which makes it hard to set on its side when watching a show. The buttons also come out easily. My 2 yr old recently pulled out one of the buttons and lost it. Case-mate has a warranty and they replaced my case for only the cost of shipping. It also seems that case-mate has fixed the button problem in this slightly newer version of my case! I feel like I have a brand new phone!

Buttons not correct for iPhone 13 Pro
The buttons on this case are not the correct size and not properly aligned to the iphone13 Pro. In addition the cutout for the mute toggle is not properly centered. The pictures shown for this listing do not correspond with the case that I received. I chatted with customer service and received a replacement case, however the replacement was identical and has all the same flaws. Look like a manufacturing issue, maybe there will be a revised version of this case soon but until then I do not recommend purchasing this particular model.
