Please tell me how I can replace the glass screen protector for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. in trying to put it on, following your directions, there are many air bubbles underneath it. Then in trying to remove the air bubbles, the glass cover actually cracked. Please tell me how I can receive a replacement. thank you. I can’t take a picture of the bubbles and the crack on this cell phone upon which I am writing this review.

I’m not sure how to rate this because I put it on correctly but it bubbles up, doesn’t fit my iPhone 16 pro max correctly, and when I try to type I have to slam my keys. Need a replacement or a refund for this item.

I’ve always gotten my screen protectors from Case-Mate, and have never had any problems. But this time my edges are peeling and my husband’s screen protector is already cracked. Normally a very good product, but this time I must have received a bad batch.

This screen protector was easy to put on the phone, however, the bubbles were hard to get rid of. After several attempts to get rid of the bubbles, I left it alone and it was finally perfect. I am used to glass screen protectors going on without many bubbles at all and smoothing out quickly. This protector seems like it will do the job and protect my phone's screen.

Let me be clear that so far the glass does protect the screen. I have not dropped my phone, but I’m confident in the quality. However, the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the application stickers to guide to the placement of the screen protector need to be improved. The adhesive is weak, so as I was guiding the glass, the guide stickers started to pull away, and I was not able to center it to appropriately place it on my phone screen. The stickers should have a strong enough grip to suspend the glass till it’s placed on the screen.

It was really easy to install, with minimal air pockets i could push out. First time i've used this one, so the jury's still out on durability, hence the 4 stars. If it survives a couple of drops the rating will definitely go up to 5.
