A: Hello Cecilia - That's a good question. We don't recommend this item to be used on a dog due to the different texture designs. Q: are those bristles as far out as they go? they hardly come through the brush, just the tips?

This comb doesn’t have sharp ends, so my cat seems to like it. He purrs while I’m combing his fur. When removing the hair, I just need to press once, which makes it so convenient. I want to buy a few more and keep them in different places so I can brush his fur often.

I just became an adopted mom to a small pet. My pet was shedding every time he was being cuddled by the owners, every pet went with a handful of fur. In the supplies, a pet brush is listed. Wonderful catbrush! My tortoise cat now begs to be brushed on daily basis by jumping on the dryer top and laying down. She actually flips over so I can get the other side, too! It’s so easy to clean off the hair by pressing the tab down. Much better than other cat brushes I’ve tried. It’s a winner!

My cat always gets excited when I pull this out. She sheds a lot so it’s a necessity to comb her at least three times a week. She will rub her face on it and scratch herself. It’s also so easy to remove the hair so I don’t have to pick the hair out with my fingers which is great. I highly Recommend this for cats !!!

My cat loves this brush. It’s different than brushes I’ve TRIED to use in the past. The bristles don’t SCRATCH my cat due to the tips on the end of the bristles. Also, it’s easier to clean; just press the button and remove the fur and undercoat. The self cleaning feature works well, but a very small amount remains, some under the top surface. Having said that I still love this brush; both my cat and I enjoy the experience.

I did not have high expectations… I just needed something in a pinch until I got “a better one.” This brush is all we need! It does a great job gently removing mats from our Maine Coon and keeping her super fluffy. We use it daily. Love the self cleaning part and that she doesn’t mind it at all (after a couple days of her getting used to it, distracting her with kitty tube treats).
