It can be inserted into your cats scratching corrugate pad and is versatile. It consists of a bird in a caged base and a ball track. The bird has feathers and once you pull the tab the bird itself chirps and get your cats natural playful instinct is activated. The base detaches to achieve other fun playing options for your cat. It measures 5'2 by 3'9 inches. This toy helps your cat stimulate their mental and physical skills. As well as cognitive skills. Promotes exercise and entertains your cat at the same time. It helps to prevent boredom and helps with natural instinct. It's well made and not easily destroyed when cat plays with it. This brand has other toys that easily attach and can have other options for them to play with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this toy would chirp as the cat played with it, but nope, all you do is bump it and it makes this annoying sound for six solid seconds. My husband hates it and my cat won't play with it. It's cute, but I'm disappointed with the sound it makes and how the sound is activated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this Catstages 2 In 1 Chirping Bird Toy And Cat Track Topper in exchange for my honest review. I had really high hopes and was super excited to try this out with my two cats. They pretty much love all sorts of toys but no matter what I tried regarding this toy, they just showed very very little interest. The chirping was a nice touch and did seem to grab their attention for literally 2 to 3 seconds but that's it. I couldn't get them to pat or swat at the bird although the feathers from the tail do a good job of seemingly enticing the pet. It just wasn't quite enough for my cats. Although it is basically an attachment for another toy, I'm not sure this does enough on its own to sell it solo. It may just need to come with the other part it attaches too and call it a day. It also slides too easily to sit there by itself during play. For these reasons, I had to give this a 2 star rating.

Our cat, Smokey, has a ball track toy that she loves, so I hoped she would love this as well. It has a ball in the bottom, underneath the hanging bird. The bird actually gets in the way of that, so she never was real interested. She licked the feathers of the bird a bit, which could pose a problem for cats that like to eat feathery things. The bird chirps whenever it is moved, but gets annoying after a while. I’ve not seen anywhere to turn it off. I also noticed that the battery is not replaceable. This can be a stand alone toy or attached to a three track ball toy, which we already have. Smokey didn’t seem interested either way. I’m sure there are cats out there who would love this, I guess she’s just a creature of habit when it comes to her toys. No assembly required, unless you take the base off to attach it the track toy (not included).

Our cat was intrigued by the chirping noise and couldn't help to try to get at that "tweety bird." Provides hours of entertainment for you and your cat. Well made. Will endure an active, aggressive cat. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of keeping my cat entertained, playing and interacting with toys. My cat enjoyed this CatStages toy with the ball with track . She pushed the ball around while laying down looking so happy. She was unsure of the chirping bird at first but she’s getting the hang of it. I just wish there were better instructions with this toy. It says it comes with batteries and the bird chirps but i had to watch a YouTube video about the toy. The box didn’t have any instructions about that.

However, she loved playing with the feathers and the ball that swirls around the base! It is a super cute toy but the chirping sound can get annoying quickly. Overall, a good quality toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my cats weren't very interested in this toy - they were drawn to it by the chirping and chewed the feathers for a couple minutes but that was it. a feather ripped out as i was setting it up, so durability isn't top notch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat really likes this toy but it isn't amazing. It can be connected to the other toys by this brand but I just use it with the base that it came with. The only thing that this toy really does is the little birdie chirps and that is it. The toy does not move or interact with him but he does really like it because whenever he goes to play with it, the bird starts chirping. My cat is funny so he actually gets the feathers and he will pick up the whole toy and drag it around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted my cat to love this toy but unfortunately she wants nothing to do with it. The chirping bird initially got her attention but she just completely ignores it now and would rather watch real birds out in the yard. The feathers on the bird lay too low so the ball inside the track won’t roll around all the way because it keeps hitting the bird. The design is fun as you can connect it to other cat toys in the collection but it’s just not for my cat. I even tried enticing her with catnip and she still won’t play with it. Just looks at the toy with disdain, then glares at me and walks away. I will gift to a friend that has cats and hope they will enjoy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this toy 2 stars, my cat had no interest really in it mainly due to that you keep having to go up to the toy and get it to chirp, the bird has a big tag as well on it thats sewn on so another thing that my cat was turned off by and the bird makes it hard to play with the ball. Maybe other cats might like it but mine just wasnt in to it.
