I like how this tea puts me to sleep but doesn’t make me feel drowsy the next day and I’d rather have a cup of tea before bed than take medication or melatonin to fall asleep. It feels more natural. This is the best tea ever! I look forward to the end of my day because of this tea! I struggle with insomnia and anxiety so this puts me right to sleep. Has a very simple flavor nothing sour or too sweet it’s the perfect flavor. This stuff knocks me out but doesn’t make you feel drowsy. I always wake up feeling refreshed from a good sleep.
