Huge tea bags that must be carefully cut in half, as they come connected in pairs. If not carefully cut, you end up drinking the tea flakes. Then they're too big to leave in to drink, but yet they don't have strings for "environmental" reasons, so they must be fished out with tweezers or forks or something. Want to do something for the environment? Don't use single-use tea bags. This company doesn't know what it wants to do and is therefore failing at every aspect. The tea is also very weak for such huge teabags. Need 2 or more easily. So maybe they're meant to be used 2 at a time without cutting? But that's definitely not fitting my 8 oz teacups. Altogether a confusing and tasteless product I won't be trying again.
I expected a much more flavorful tea. This tea tastes vey weak, even when steeped for additional time. I guess if that's how you like your tea, this is a good buy for the money, but I was hoping for more flavor, so I'll be trying a different brand in the future.
