Delicious floral taste and scent. One of my favorite teas! Do not buy the good and gather version. Stick with this brand. They know what they’re doing.

This tea has helped me so much with anxiety and restlessness. I have a cup in the late morning and another at night, I have felt so much relief for my anxiety since starting to drink this daily.

I drank this before a flight and I was instantly calmed down. If you have anxiety, this will calm you down QUICK.

I loved this tea without honey but my daughter likes it with honey she sleeeps more now used to sleep 5 hrs but now sleeps WAY more eleven hrs

i LOVE this tea as my night-time tea. i put a tiny bit of honey in mine as well but the flavor of just the tea alone is delicious. it makes me SO sleepy and relaxed - a perfect mood for right before bed. will be trying other kinds of this brand!!

DO NOT drink during the day it made me so sleepy it was hard to stay awake I took it because chamomile using helps take my anxiety away but the lavender hits hard it’s good before bed to get some good sleep.

I would 150% recommend this tea, I have been battling with my anxiety and mild depression for about a month now. This is the first camomile tea I have not added a sweetener to because the flavor is so rich and the aroma is so beautiful. What a great way to calm down.

My mother used to give me chamomile tea before bed when I was a kid to help me sleep. So when I became a widow, I was in shock and in need of relief. I went to the store and found this combination with lavender. I drank it every night for a while and I still do when I’m stressed and need to relax. In scientific studies, chamomile has mild tranquillizing, anticonvulsant effects, and calms your central nervous system. Lavender has been shown to boost dopamine and reduce cortisol. Some people in the reviews complain about the taste of lavender but I don’t mind, I like it. Even if I didn’t like it, I would still “suffer” through it for the natural benefits. Maybe add some honey and or creamer to hide it? Idk. Anyway, I already take antidepressants, but as I said before, I became a widow and I was grieving HARD. The antidepressants could only help so much and I didn’t want to get hooked on another medication or some illegal drugs to feel better.

Love this tea, I got it to calm my anxiety but it calmed me down too much and made me sleepy haha. I now know not to drink it in the morning. This is perfect before bed.
