This tea did nothing for me. I sleep worse whenever I drink it. Causes me to have vivid dreams that keep waking me up.

This Sleepytime Extra has a good flavor and absolutely helped me sleep. I have chronic pain and toss and turn all night, every night. If I sleep too long in one position, it wreaks havoc on certain joints. I drank only half a cup maybe 30 mins before bed, I only woke up once. My body was mad at me, but it did it’s job. However, I will not be using or buying again because I found out I’m allergic to valerian root. The one time I woke up I was super dizzy and had a headache, I attributed that to my allergies. When I woke up for the day, I had to call into work due to the severe vertigo, headache, dizziness and nausea. The symptoms lingered for three days after, not as severe as the first day. I would recommend this to anyone having trouble sleeping, long as you aren’t sensitive or allergic to valerian root.

it really does work for me! after drink, go to bed immediately because if you keep actively after drink and it will not working to asleep fast. i will definitely buying it again.

Good tea to have in your house at night.

This is the best brand of sleepy time tea. Drink it almost every night and when I don’t I can tell I don’t get good sleep.

I didn't believe that any kind of tea will help me to sleep like babies until I tried this one. it is the best: Usually, I cannot sleep very well: the night I took this tea I slept all night even my kids and my husband woke up before me for the first time:)

I’m not sure if it’s the placebo effect for others, but it didn’t help me at all. If anything, it worsened my sleeping issues and ended up staying up all night.

It worked so good for me and my kids (15yr and 11yr old) they can’t sleep at night and when they do fall asleep it’s till 3am and have to be up at 6:30am. Gave them a cup of tea and by 10pm they were in bed asleep. They got up this morning and said they had a good sleep. Definitely going to keep drinking this tea.

So far I've taken it a few times and all those nights Ive slept so good. Im always tossing and turning at night and when I have taken this tea I get a great night sleep. The taste is not my favorite but I was in desperate need of good night sleep when I found it. I will continue to purchase because so far this has been my night life saver :)

This tea was great for me. I used this many years ago when I got off a medication used to sleep and it worked well. I recently got very sick and needed something to help with sleep and saw this tea. I was reminded of how well it worked before and now I am happy I have it. Worked wonders for me. Fell asleep and stayed asleep aside from waking to use the restroom. I’m not a huge fan of the taste but it works so I can move past the taste for the tea doing what it’s meant to do. 10/10 will buy again.

Really helps me get to sleep fast and stay asleep longer. I reset my biological clock after having my baby using this tea. He is now 13 months and I am in bed at 9 and up by 5am. Love it!

Valerian root is an old time treatment, and still works now to help with migraine and sleep, just be aware if you steep it for too long you’ll get the typical valerian mud flavor. Don’t plan on waking up for several hours (that’s a good thing in my book) after drinking this.
