Helpful Sleep Tea
This makes me get the kind of sleep that when I wake up, I have to ask what year it is 🤣 Melatonin gummies don’t typically work well for me, so when I saw this on the shelf, it peaked my interest. The tea flavor is rather blah- as someone who is not a tea connoisseur, I can’t tell you exactly the taste, but it’s just a mild flavor. However, I personally look forward to drinking it when I decide to use it, so I can say it’s not gross at all either! When I tell you it’s lights out in under an hour, I mean you can do your nightly skin routine, brush your teeth, and try to get some nighttime reading in, and before you know it, you’re waking up the next morning. This stuff is great! Highly recommend for those who have those nights where you are struggling to fall asleep. That being said, I have had some mornings where I wake up a little groggy if I don’t get enough sleep, but overall if one can drink this at the right time in their bed routine, I think that most people will find this as a helpful tea to get them to unwind.

A great wind down ritual
Love pouring myself a couple of this at the end of every day it gives me a chance to wind down and be present. With the delicious taste of lavender and chamomile it really gives you a chance to relax and improve improves my quality of sleep.

Decedent scent , calming taste
This tea has a decadent scent when brewed and taste calming. I don’t know that I’ve ever been as relaxed as the bear on the package after drinking it, but it always gets me in the right headspace for bed.

Pretty good
I used these before my autistic non sleeping daughter got them prescribed by the doctor. We had mixed results. The first few nights she slept quite well. For her anyway. But over the period of a couple of weeks they seemed to be less effective.
