Today, our calming Sleepytime blend of botanicals is available in herbal, decaf, green, and wellness teas, so you can always find a perfect cup for your bedtime routine.
Brew the perfect cup. Boil: Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Steep: Pour 1 cup water over a tea bag in a cup. Steep 4 minutes, squeeze and remove bag. Enjoy: Sweeten if desired and enjoy. Blended with care from seed to sip. Thoughtful Sourcing: Most of our herbs, botanicals, teas, and fruits are purchased directly from farmers around the world. Quality Ingredients: We blend our teas from the finest ingredients, with no artificial flavors or colors. A: Yes,Thanks;It USED to also include Decaf Green & Jasmine along with the other listed ingredients. I luved it!! *I also buy Harney&Son's tea from them.It's nice to find selected H&S tea @ target.5/13

Helps calm me down before bed. I have really horrible anxiety and most nights I have trouble sleeping. I like how this tea puts me to sleep but doesn’t make me feel drowsy the next day and I’d rather have a cup of tea before bed than take medication or melatonin to fall asleep. It feels more natural. Also, target’s pricing is so great for this item, better than most stores.
