I have sleepytime every night. I switch between this one with honey and the one without. I love this one! It has a touch of honey flavor! I highly recommend it! I wouldn’t say it makes you sleepy but it maybe it relaxes you .

I’m more used now to the sleepy time line because my husband is a true fanatic and we end up drinking it every evening/night. This one I don’t particularly like the not actually honey taste, but everything else it’s fine. It truly just depends on what you like.
