One broken piece, hard to get it replaced
This came in, got put together and is nice and sturdy, however the cap on the top came in shattered. It is just aesthetic but still is not on the stand. Trying to get that replaced has been a bear, for which I would just give one star. I would love to hear back from customer service regarding that, but it’s hard to navigate customer service on the website and the app.

Disappointment
I ordered this as a gift for my sister and when it arrived it was all scratched up and a bunch of missing paint and knicks. When my sister saw it she thought it was used. I payed over $250 and i was better off buying a used one.
