durable and versatile training bag
Great for martial arts training. Filled with water, moves bit when punched. Helps with fitness and stress relief. Get gloves to protect hands. Durable so far after 3 weeks of daily use. Highly recommend.

Great and affordable!
Came assembled, just needed to add sand to the base. It is largely being used by my teenager, so three 50 lb. bags of sand did the trick. Highly recommend.

Great bag
I was missing gym punching bag during Covid. After comparison shopping for performance and value, landed on this bag. So glad I found it! Very durable. It will provide all the resistance you need for kickboxing. Positioned in corner of garage, does not take up too much space. I took a recommendation to use play sand instead of water. Three bags (150 lbs total) is more than adequate. Just make sure you get a canning funnel from hardware or home goods store. It fits perfectly over the opening for easy pouring. For less than two months gym membership cost, excellent bag!
