Mainly for punching due to how high the padded portion sits, but I was able to do some kicking at its lowest level. Broke in just a couple if months, not really suited for More than punching.

This broke in less than 10 minutes with two little kids playing with it. When I searched other sites it seems to be an issue they have often. We had to contact the manufacturer and we are still waiting for them to send a part to make it functional. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The training bag was extremely easy to put together to start. Once together and filled with sand it stays put wherever it's at. It has enough cushion for you to be able to use bare hands going about 50-70% power. So far I have had no issues with the bag and I use it for pretty much every circuit training session. My wife's little brother also likes getting training on the bag (he's 10). I love how I can bring it down to his high for him to get his rounds in but bring it up for me to show him different techniques.

As a ameture boxer this power training bag has been essential , I decided to fill with sand and it was by far the best decision I’ve ever made. With steady hit and jabs with boxing gloves on this punching bag simulates as one of the most professional experiences I’ve ever used as training it serves as not only a training bag but an agility test as the sand caused the punching bag to stay nice and firm.

He is young and wanted something in his room to use. i put a mat under the base just in case any of the sand would spill out. he has had no issues using and it has been his favorite gift

I ordered the gloves that you can use with it and this bag is perfect. Easy to assemble, comfortable, and durable. It doesn't move; we used the sand fill option instead of the water. Great product.

The screws come loose every time I use it, which is rather frustrating, one didn’t even screw in from the start! Besides that it works well for boxing, just not the highest quality.

Love it! The white ring that fits into the bag is tricky, be patient. We filled our base with water, but will probably refill with sand for better stability. It does move a bit with a hard punch so the extra 100lbs that the sand weighs should resolve the issue. Sturdy, well made. Very happy, great workout & stress reliever.
