I used this product forever. Took a break to use up other moisturizer. Was excited to come back to this, but my newest bottle seems different. Thought I was imagining it. After reading some of these reviews, it seems the formula has changed. Thought I imagined it, but clearly it has changed. Change it back.
I am in my 30s with rosacea and adult acne, this product has been my pm lotion since my dermatologist recommended this line to me 5 years ago. The Cerva pm lotion does not cause me to break out and it helps keep my rosacea flares in check. I will have to say I do go through a bottle in about a month and you need a moisturizing boost in the winter. I have not noticed the formula change (in this product or the eye cream) other buyers have mentioned. I hope there isn’t a formula change.
I don't usually write reviews but felt I really should as I have been feeling so fed up with my skin recently. After stopping the pill, I suddenly had an outbreak of really horrible acne, and it got to the point where I wouldn't even want to leave my house because I felt to bad in my own skin. I was put on various acne topical creams, went back on the pill, tired so many different serums/moisturisers/face washes etc and my skin seemed to just be getting worse. Cerave PM (which I use day and night with 1 pump of rosehip seed oil in the morning and 2 at night) is the only moisturiser that was both moisturising enough and didn't aggravate my skin and make my acne worse. I still have a few larger, hormonal spots but my skin has VASTLY improved, and I can only say that I am so glad I bought a second bottle before going back home.
I use this over my retinol every night. It does a good job so far. Nothing exceptional but it is good According to these reviews you should probably go back to the old formula. Not sure why you would change a formula that was loved by all its users. Not good business move.
It suits me pretty well. I have extremely sensitive skin and other than baby products, nothing seem to ever suit me. I just wanted to know if the Cerave pm has phthalate in it and in other cerave products.
