Unfinished ceramic mug bottom & peeling surface
Came without original glossy box, just styrofoam divider between mugs. Green one had ceramic coating peeling off above handle. Someone must have returned. No one checked quality just stuck in box to sell to someone else. Yuck! Having to go to store to return, number on order did not match actual product so took enormous time to refund. Two hurdles plus having to return in store raking any convenience away from online order. Another set had unfinished ceramic rim on bottom so hot coffee left rung on wood table. Cheap material ruins furniture. Don’t be deceived by pretty colors!

Nice looking mugs
These mugs are very nice looking. I"m enjoying using them. I lowered from 5 to 4 stars because the mugs feel like they will be more fragile than the mugs they are replacing. Only time will tell of course. Also, there are white dots around the rim of the mug - A nice esthetic touch, but the dots are raised slightly making the rim of the mug less than perfectly smooth. Overall, I'm glad I purhcased them!
