[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Cetaphil Daily Advance Ultra Hydrating Lotion for a while now, and it’s become a staple in my skincare routine. It’s incredibly gentle, fragrance-free, and provides long-lasting hydration without feeling greasy or heavy. My skin tends to get quite dry, especially in colder months, and this lotion keeps it soft, smooth, and well-moisturized all day. I also love that it’s suitable for sensitive skin—no irritation or breakouts. Highly recommend for anyone needing deep, daily hydration with a lightweight feel.
Ultra hydration and no oily skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I've been using Cetaphil Daily Advance Ultra Hydrating Lotion for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer for my dry skin. The lotion absorbs quickly, leaving no greasy residue, and provides long-lasting hydration. My skin feels softer and more supple, even on harsh winter days. The fragrance-free formula is perfect for sensitive skin, and I appreciate that it's gentle enough for daily use. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with dryness!" [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing, but when is Cetphil not? This had been great over my really dry skin and it doesn't sting either which other products tend to do on really dry skin. There is no scent, and the cream easily melts into your skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this Cetaphil daily advance ultra hydrating lotion. It is very moisturising and makes my skin feel nice and smooth. It has a pleasant scent and has an easy to use pump bottle. Lotion is a staple in my self care routine and I enjoy using this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Cetaphil Daily Advance Ultra Hydrating Cream hoping it would be perfect for my sensitive skin, but it didn’t quite deliver. While it’s definitely rich and ultra moisturizing, I noticed some mild irritation on my skin. It might work well for others, but if you have very sensitive skin like mine, it’s worth patch testing first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this one just sits on top of the skin and doesn't absorb in at all. I love the texture, it glides across the skin and that there is no fragrance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good gentle everyday moisturiser. This is unscented and isn't sticky. The first time I've used this brand and it seems good and good for sensitive skin types. The packaging is just a basic style but it's fine. I wasn't sent a full size as it shows in the picture which is kind of a let down as it won't last long and it would have been good for the entire family to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AL Rating: 4.8/5 Packaging —> 4.5/5
The packaging is fairly straightforward – clean white bottle with blue and green accents that give it a clinical but trustworthy vibe. The flip-cap makes it easy to dispense the product without making a mess, and I liked that it shuts tightly, so there’s no worry of spillage. The bottle feels sturdy and durable, which makes it great for everyday use or tossing into a gym bag without worry. It’s also available in a variety of sizes, which is super convenient – whether you're keeping a full-size on your bathroom counter or opting for a smaller version to keep in your travel kit. Also, no weird smells from the packaging itself, which is always a plus – I’ve had products that come with that plastic-y or warehouse scent before, but this one was clean from the start. Overall, a solid win in terms of look, function, and versatility. Application —> 5/5
This is where Cetaphil really shines. The product goes on super smoothly and feels light on the skin – like you’re not wearing anything. Absorbs really quickly without leaving that sticky or greasy layer some moisturizers tend to do. I’ve used it both in the morning after cleansing and at night before bed, and it’s worked consistently well for both. No irritation, no breakouts, and no heaviness. As someone with sensitive skin, I really appreciate that it doesn’t make my skin itch or turn red – it’s soothing from the moment it goes on. It’s also a great addition when used alongside their body wash to really rehydrate and support the skin barrier from head to toe. The formula is fragrance-free (or extremely mild), which makes it ideal for sensitive skin or people who don’t like heavily scented skincare. There's a soft, clean scent that fades fast, which I personally found refreshing. Whether you're dry, oily, or combo, this works well without throwing your skin off balance.
Great as a daily moisturizer if you're looking for something simple, dependable, and fuss-free. Also plays nicely with other skincare – didn’t pill or clash when layered with serums or sunscreen, which is honestly hard to find. Results —> 5/5
After using it consistently for a few weeks, my skin definitely felt calmer and more balanced. No crazy changes overnight, but it kept things hydrated and under control, especially around dry patches or areas that usually get flaky. It’s not a “miracle” product, but it delivers exactly what it promises – gentle, effective hydration that supports skin health over time. If you’re dealing with sensitive or reactive skin, this is one of those products that just quietly works in the background without causing drama. Overall —> 5/5
The product itself scores a solid 5/5 for me. It’s simple, reliable, and does its job without overcomplicating things. While the packaging isn’t the flashiest, the functionality and quality of the product inside more than make up for it. It’s not fancy or trendy, but it’s a classic for a reason. If you want something that moisturizes well without the extras – this is a great pick. Definitely one I’ll keep on my shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lotion is very rich and has a thick texture, making it super hydrating and perfect for dry skin. It helps keep my skin hydrated throughout the day, works very well under makeup, and helps make my fine lines under the eyes less noticeable due to its hydrating benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting a larger pump size to trial, but received a 226g tube, which isn’t very practical for someone who is using it as a body lotion. This size tube is better for people using it for the face only, in my opinion. I had to do a bit of research to work out if this product was for the face or body, as I didn’t find it very clear. From the online description, it seems to be for both. As someone with sensitive skin, particularly on my face, I wasn’t keen to trial it as a face moisturiser, as one of the top ingredients is sunflower seed oil, and my skin is prone to breakouts with products containing high concentrations of oil. So I used it only on my legs and arms. It is a nice lightweight body moisturiser that glides on easily. It doesn’t have a discernible scent, which can be a good thing for me (unfortunately I can never tell if I’m going to have a reaction to fragrance until after I’ve used it). I used this after shaving my legs and it didn’t give me any burning sensation, which other moisturisers in this category have done in the past, like Aveeno. It does leave a little film on the skin which is a bit frustrating for me, as I prefer a body moisturiser that absorbs well. I’m guessing this is because of the high concentration of sunflower seed oil. Overall it is a decent moisturiser for arms and legs, but not one that I would reach for regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To put it simply, this is a really good moisturiser. As someone with dry and sensitive skin that also lap swims in chlorinated pools, moisturisers are just a part of daily life. This product has a thick texture that absorbs quickly into your skin with no greasy residue. My skin was left soft and calm after each use which is truly the best outcome. The only downside to my experience is that I've now run out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little goes a long way with the product. It is a very rich and hydrating cream. I prefer to use at night when my skin is particularly dry. I can usually guarantee that my skin will be a lot more hydrated in the morning. I do find that it can be a bit oily and pore clogging. I do notice some small breakouts when I use this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice lightweight lotion. It feels quiet hydrating yet light enough to use everyday. As always cetaphil gives you their well known clean packaging and product which is packed with all the good stuff and none of the bells and whistles with packaging or ads because they let the quality of the product speak for it self. One of the things I have come to love about cetaphil. Would definitely recommend this lotion as it’s effective without causing any irritation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Cetaphil Daily Advance Ultra Hydrating Moisturiser for a little while now and honestly, I really like it. One of the first things I noticed is that it does not have any scent, which I think is great. Fragrances in skincare can sometimes cause irritation, so it is nice to have something simple and gentle. The texture feels rich and hydrating but it does not sit heavily on the skin. It absorbs really well and leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised without that greasy or oily feeling you sometimes get with thicker creams. Overall, I think it is a really solid everyday moisturiser, especially if you have sensitive or dry skin. It just does what it says without any fuss, and sometimes that is exactly what you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I found myself my go to moisturiser. This Cetaphil lotion has light consistency and still very hydrating. No oiliness after you apply, I haven't any acne flare ups with this. I use it mainly for my face and neck. It has no scent. Easy to use packaging. Why did I never tried this earlier is my only regret.
