A comprehensive introduction to the world of Chakra

Isabella does a great job in educating the reader (I was completely new to this topic), as well as inspiring to take advantage of this practice. I really liked the seven day plan provided which was an awesome way to get started.

I have read many books about the chakras, and have been aware of their value in healing for a long time, but this gem of a book pulls it all together in a way that is useful, practical, and easy to read! The author ties in the vagus nerve, yoga poses, crystals, and mindfulness seamlessly, correlating all to each chakra. As someone who writes about healing trauma, I highly recommend this beautiful book! I got the ebook, but will be ordering the paperback so I can use it as a handy guidebook to incorporating chakra work in my own healing!
