This set is very cute. It definitely helps block out the cold weather. It is a crop top hoodie. You can put a T-shirt under and you’ll be fine. Definitely downsize cause I ordered a large and I used to wearing a large in my pants and shirts and I actually need a medium because it’s kind of big, but hopefully when I wash it, it shrink just a little bit.
