    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

Should I shrink with them?

Honestly I wore the gray sweats without washing (I know terrible) and they were totally fine. Truly amazing length, softness, everything. THEN… The dryer literally decided to shrink it so it would look like I was hiking my pants up to go through a stream. At least I know they won’t get wet at the bottom. Usually for sweats, I know they will shrink (I’m 5’5) so it’s not a problem but at this point I’d have to shrink with the pants. I’m just going to make them into shorts at this point but really sad. I honestly should have looked at the washing instructions and fabric content.
