Best shampoo (and conditioner) I have found in decades.
Chi adds volume, bounce, and sheen to the hair. Beautiful fragrance, rids the hair of buildup. Clearly this shampoo (and its conditioner) use ingredients that enhance rather than harm. Bravo!

The shampoo is probably fine, but the packaging isn't. The plastic wrap is such that when removing it the pump spigot mechanism on the top broke off.

I recently switched to this shampoo & conditioner and I LOVE it! Not only does it leave your hair super soft it's also been helping to thicken mine, which surprised me! I have heavily treated hair and this product really does help keep it healthy. 10/10!
