they Kind of full because of the lower protien content.
A friend bought a bag of this and my furry little friend really enjoyed it, without question. He became visably excited at feeing time. But upon further inspection the protein levels are way too low for me to continue giving it to him. Switching back to "I and Love and You". They make a fantastic product that doesn't lack key essentials like protien. It's well worth the five dolar price difference.

Heads-up for pet parents looking for a specific protein: this beef recipe also contains chicken meal. My dog developed a skin allergy after switching to this. Because it's had multiple proteins (common allergens for dogs), we don't know if it's the beef or chicken he is allergic to. He loved eating it, I just wish I'd read the ingredient list more closely as the labeling is misleading.

2 years of repurchasing, love this food!
My dogs have been eating this food for almost 2 years and they’ve never had an issue (upset stomach, rash, allergies). I have a 6 year old pug and 2 year old frenchie. They’re very active and this food hasn’t had any negative effect on their weight, my vet constantly tells me they’re at a healthy weight and to maintain their diet. The only thing I would like to see is a big bag of this food for smaller breeds, since my pug is getting older I prefer to give her smaller pieces of kibble. I definitely will try their salmon recipe for future purchase and see if my dogs will like it too for their fur and skin. - The only one off I’ve ever had was one bag that had 25% of crumbs but they kindly let us exchange it for a different bag.

This dog food has genuinely changed our Weimaraner’s life for the better. On her old kibble she had a very frequent upset stomach and hair loss.
