Dry Dog Food - Kindfull™

Our trainer was impressed with the chicken first ingredients. He said it was even better than one of the top shelf brands. And the dog likes it - no stomach upsets.

Price is great, My dog loves it. I have tried different brands and usually he get tired pretty easy. But he has been eating this with no issue for a couple of years.

Great ingredients, 7 mo old mini golden doodle (17lbs) loves it, good price—fantastic!!!!

We recently switched to this brand. My pup seems to like it and it is easy for her to digest. Happy with it so far :)

we’ve used this food for our senior dog and puppy a little over a year and although my dogs enjoy the food it caused a-lot of dehydration for them and during summer time we noticed it would caused the senior constipation due to the dehydration and temperature been higher in Arizona. Our dogs are inside dogs.

I want to begin by saying that I fully understand all dogs are different. Ingredients wise I believe this food is pretty good. My lab has had zero issues on it but my shepherd can’t handle it. Gave him the worst diarrhea after about 2 weeks and I had to change him back to Blue. I would just caution anyone with a dog that has sensitive issues to be cautious with this food.

We had been using this food in combination with some toppers etc that varied. We have a sensitive dog but he’s not allergic to any listed ingredient and for years this food was great. Starting in feb 2025, my dog had an allergic reaction. We thought it was to a new medication so we consulted our vet and of course discontinued the medication. Problem not solved. Our sensitive guy went down first, rashes and losing fur with no apparent infection or reason! Then my other two dogs who are shelter mutts with zero allergies or health issues started scratching incessantly and developing hot spots and bald patches. We had used the same food for about 2 years at this point and didn’t think that was the culprit. But after looking for every other cause, we switched to a different brand of food and within 24 hours my dogs were all starting to feel better. Two days out their skin is no longer red and the scratching seems to have stopped. RUN from this food far away!!! There are many other brands in this price range with safer food! (In the photo of my poor BB who usually has a thick black coat, bald and thinning. He was miserable and yes we took him to the vet and he’s feeling better since switching foods!)

The description is BEEF and VEGETABLE - the SECOND ingredient is CHICKEN! My dog is highly allergic to Chicken, turkey, duck, quail.. you get the picture. If someone just picked this up without thinking, there could be potential major issues. This is NOT the only offender MANY companies seem to think that adding chicken anything to a BEEF recipe is ok. I think that the companies should provide a note on the FRONT of the item stating "contains chicken". My old lady (15 yrs old, NOT allergic to chicken) LOVES THIS STUFF. I will continue to purchase it for her, but I have to watch my other 'IS ALLERGIC' dog-child so he does not so much as lick the bowl.

The price is reasonable and the ingredients are comparable to the leading brands. Sunshine loves it! Even though she got tired of most of the leading brands - it's been a few years and she has never tied of Kindful.

I feel comfortable with the ingredients. This is our main food, no issues.

I look at ingredients and liked what can I saw , the price is cheaper than other products that list a meat as tge first ingredient. I specifically read the shes review and can tell you after two eeekd I did find that true . maybe it was shedding. Season . I have a golden she loves this and I think it's a moderate food at a decent price we use occasionally throughout the year . I like it !
