A: For a window opening that measures 30.5 inches wide, we recommend purchasing the 30-inch width. Our Chicology Vinyl Mini Blinds include a built-in ½-inch deduction to ensure a proper inside mount fit. The 30-inch blind will fit neatly inside your 30.5-inch casing without the need for trimming.

A: Thank you for your question! For our vinyl mini blinds, the size listed is the nominal width, but the actual blind has a 0.5" deduction to allow for an inside mount. If your window measures 16.5" wide, the 17" width size will fit snug for an inside mount.

A: Thanks for your question! We do not recommend shortening the length of these vinyl mini blinds. The blinds are pre-assembled and designed for optimal function at the listed length. Altering them may affect the tilt or lift mechanisms and could void the warranty.
