Dissapointing Change
1 out of 5 stars

This WAS the best oat milk for coffee hot or iced. It made my iced coffees and espressos so good until they changed the recipe. It no longer makes the coffee creamer. It is a watery oat milk providing no creaminess and the need to use more product. I now have to use Oatly FULL FAT version. That is the closest to the creaminess that this use to be Everything else I’ve tried is too watery.
Don’t change a good thing

The new recipe sucks. Took me a week or two to figure out what was going on. The new batch is watery and bland - like most other oatmilk. No creamy mouthfeel or rich flavor, doesn’t foam, has an off-putting flavor when steamed. I’ve stuck to Chobani extra creamy for years, but I’m looking for an alternative.
Creamy and yummy

I love chobani. They make great products every time and have a great value for the product. The taste is smooth and creamy. I always know to look for the red boxing of the carton!

This was my go to oat milk for years. It tasted far superior to any oat milk I had ever tried. I used it in place of coffee creamer and grew to prefer it to coffee creamer. I purchased a large bottle of regular dairy half-and-half a few months ago for a recipe. That got me hooked back onto regular creamer for a while, but I started gaining weight and figured I should switch back. The HORROR when I realized the original extra creamy recipe was no more! It’s so unsatisfactory! I thought at first maybe it was just my taste buds readjusting back to oat milk from creamer, but then knew something had to be wrong. I looked online to find that the recipe has been changed a few months back and now I’m so sad! Is watery and doesn’t froth like every other oat milk now. No reason to buy it!

Idk but this is honestly THE BEST oat milk on the market. You want coffee like it's from a coffee shop? This is the milk that will do it. SO CREAMY SO GOOD. (Side note: Starbucks uses Chobani as their oat milk)
Very nice oat milk

I really enjoy this oat milk. It is creamy but not oily or filmy like some fuller fat oat milks can be. It works particularly well in cold lattes or other milk-heavy drinks.
Bring back the old formula!

I’ve been a long time consumer of Chobani Extra Creamy Oat Milk and lately, it has been so watery and doesn’t froth in coffee. I used to be able to save money avoiding barista oat milk because this did the job. There’s plenty of “clean and healthy” oatmilks already out there so why would I buy this expensive one? There’s no longer anything differentiating Chobani. So disappointed to realize that there has been a formula change, save your money and buy an oat milk that actually foams.

I thought I was losing my mind and my drinks just suddenly tasted bad, nope, recipe changed without any warning. Now it’s watery and has a weird taste. Please bring back the old recipe! I won’t be buying this anymore, disappointing as it’s been my favorite for years.
Creamy texture, but some concerns about ingredient

This makes my drinks super smooth and rich—great for coffee. I love the texture, but I’m wary about using this product often because some point out it contains canola oil and emulsifiers, which raises health concerns for frequent use.
Awful now

This used to be THE BEST oatmilk and it was perfect for coffee and tea. I used to go out of my way to stores that carried this just to get this one product. BUT the recipe change is horrific. The flavor is bad, and the texture change is truly horrific. I have no idea why you would change such a great product. Please return to the previous recipe as clearly your customers all feel the same regarding this unwarranted change.

I typically get Planet Oat Barista Lover’s Oat Milk to use with my espresso machine, however I bought this one during my last trip to Target since I don’t believe they sell the brand I usually buy at my local store. This oat milk is surprisingly bad. It did not froth at all when I attempted to steam it, and the taste is very strange and almost artificially nutty. I found that it also almost tasted burnt somehow. Having read other reviews, I guess they have changed their recipe recently and it’s much worse than the original. I enjoy other Chobani non-dairy products but I definitely would not get this oat milk again.
please bring the original recipe back!!

I used to get almond milk because it’s cheaper than oatmilk but oatmilk is creamier and it makes my at home lattes feel way more enjoyable, so it’s worth the little extra for me. This has good flavor, not too sweet, and I really like the creaminess of it compared to other oatmilks like generic brands, even though I’m normally a generic brand gal. It’s also not overwhelmingly oat-ey tasting to me like some nut milks are.
R.I.P my favorite oatmilk!

I just recently tried oatmilk for the first time, and fell in love with this one specifically! Untill the last two jugs... it does not taste the same. I thought it was my allergies or the cold ive been fighting off. So I bought another jug today and its still off! Its more watery and way less flavorful than it used to be. With some googling I found out the was a change in the formula. I'm so sad, the other oatmilks ive tried weren't nearly as good as I remember this one tasting. I will be looking for an alternative unless the old formula is brought back!
First the carton, then the formula and now the price. Ill start making my own.

This used to be one of our favorite oat milks out there. But over time, the carton has changed, formula has been altered. And now it’s way more expensive. $4.40 for a 52 oz carton is insane. It used to be $3.50. Don’t tell me because of inflation. Other vendors managed to keep the prices lower.

I enjoy this oat milk as the base for my smoothies. It provides the natural goodness of oats with a creamy texture. Includes the same nutritional value as regular milk, with a slightly higher sugar content.
