Gingerbread house crumbs
This review is for shipping rather than the items. I ordered these three houses; I too received them smashed to smithereens. They were wrapped individually in a single piece of paper. No shipping filler at all. I planned on reordering and shipping these back as I do not live near a Target. When I was unable to print my return label I called customer service. The associate appeared concerned and reordered my items for me, indicating I did not need to ship the items back to the store, rather, I should dispose of them. I am waiting for my reshipment, hoping for the best. The return process was smooth. I did look at the damaged items: the color is a deep brown, very much as shown and the houses are textured. I think they will be just as cute as pie if they are intact😊

Item would be great but arrived broken into several pieces. Ordered 3 gingerbread houses and they all had a thin layer of wrapping and shipped in a huge box and were not secured in any way. All arrived crushed. Shipping is terrible! I have yet to receive anything shipped that is not broken or damaged. Last time!
