Q: Is this dough Gluten Free?
A: Yes, my daughter has Celiac and uses it as a substitute for play dough for her kindergarten class.

Q: Does this dough dry out?
A: It will dry out if it's not closed tightly. We've had several packages that have hardened. But, we now keep my daughter's for kindergarten desk in a ziplock bag and it has helped a lot. Either way we are glad to have woah dough for an option that's gluten free since she has Celiac.
