I've had these 2 pans now for a few weeks -- replaced 2 old (~15+yr) Circulon pans that got daily use. They have become my new favorite pans when I don't need a cast Iron skillet. Easy to clean. I don't need to put them in the dishwasher. Highly recommended.

I do like this set quite a bit. They are very pretty and very heavy. One thing I have noticed is they take a little longer to heat up but that tells me the heat is distributing all along the bottom

The competition costs crazy amounts of money. Great if you've got that wealth, but I chose Calculon because it WASNT a flimsy, Teflon pan/pot. I try to avoid metal implements, but I don't sweat it if I do use em. Only used the pot once, but the pan! Nonstick for everything I tried so far. Cleans up in a breeze. Lighter than my cast iron. Let's see what a year does.

If your looking for a good non stick pan, this is it. It is truly impressive. These are great I usually use a little butter or oil in my pans. But you dont have to use anything in these, it just slides out. Really a great pan. Don't look any further, this is it. Just buy it!! I love mine.

I really like my Scratch Defense cookware! It's so nice to not worry about damaging the non-stick surface, when I need to use a metal whisk. Being oven and dishwasher proof are nice features, too. I also like the size of the saute pan and Dutch oven, smaller than the ones I had before and easier to store.
