My daughter got this for me because I need to stay hydrated. The strap part really took some concerted effort to pull the liquid up. Once you got some flavor it tasted pretty good. However, the hassle to dial just the right tast was a hassle. The bottle, straw cartridge part is really well made. It just wasn’t for me.

I would rather a handle as this cup is very wide and the straw feature doesn’t work as good as the sip lid.
