Done with Cirkul
lids broke off both bottles i bought my kids and Cirkul would not replace the lids, offered me cartridges we cannot use. Done wirh all Cirkul at this point. Plastic cartridges fall out of the plastic bottles. None of them last and gets very expensive to keep wasting cartridges after one use and they break off. Done with Cirkul entirely since their customer service would not replace two broken lids.

Waste of money - this bottle does not work
the Straw feature is definitely faulty, nothing comes out of it except flavoring without the water. I have contacted Cirkul about it, as a quick Google search shows a lot of people having this issue. Reddit even recommends cutting the cartridge to help the flow. Cirkul will not give refunds, exchanges, credit or be anyway helpful (besides giving you tips on what the issue could be.) Chalking it up to an expensive learning situation. Learn from my mistake and don't buy this bottle.
