I knew about the lid complaints when purchasing, but I went ahead and took the risk since I don't typically grab drinks from the top. Overall, it's very cute and the size is perfect. The ice melts so fast though, my coffee is watered down and not enjoyable before I get even halfway through. There are only a couple of reviews that mention this, so I'm confused how the majority are managing to keep their drinks cold.

Not worth the hype - it's a cute tumbler but it doesn't keep iced coffee cold for long and the top is suction, not twist. There's also nothing keeping the straw in so I'm pretty sure it's not leak proof if it were to tip over.

Not a fan of the suction top. It would be safer if it were a twist on. other than that its a beautiful product

Hands down the most perfect iced coffee cup around. It holds the perfect amount of ice, coffee, and cream. I like the glass container and the lid is rubber and has a rubber area at the top so if you do drop it the rubber absorbs the blow. The straw is excellent quality as well. It has a similar diameter to a McDonald’s straw. I prefer that because if you put a smoothie in the glass it will actually make it up the straw. The glass, lid, and straw are so easy to clean too. All dishwasher-safe which is key. Again, I love the quality, size and value of this glass. I would definitely recommend it and I would purchase this again.

So cute! Perfect for my morning iced coffee. The silicone ring easily slides off and on, so the cup can be cleaned everywhere.

Cute cup, but as others have stated, the lid needs work. The lid doesn’t feel secure at all. It lifts very easy and the last thing I want is for the lid to come off a glass cup and the cup breaks.

It's super cute, of course, but this won't keep your drink cold by any means. the ice melts as fast as it would in a solo cup and the glass sweats like crazy. if you dont care about ice not staying cold and watering your drink down, be my guest.

Perfect size up. Love the shade of color. The only problem is the suction lid, it does not suction enough to feel secure so you have to be really careful not to grab it from the lid.

I love the silicone lid! No bamboo like most other options, so no mold or nasty odors! It is the perfect size and fits in car cup holders. It is so easy to clean.

Perfect for iced lattes! It’s a cute and minimal design, and the glass feels very sturdy. I like glass so I am able to see my beautiful latte! I use this at the coffee shop I work at. The lid doesn’t suction super well and the glass does get condensation on it, but these things don’t really bother me since I am just using this while at work.

The lid doesn’t close tightly, so you have to be careful not to grab it from the top or it will come off very easily!

Perfect cup for iced coffee. The only thing I would change is the cover, I wish it was a little more snug. It easily opens/comes off so it could cause a spill if you’re not careful.

LOVE THE DESIGN BUTTTT there is room for improvement. Idk if maybe mine was just defective but the suction lid doesn’t work properly. I tend to grab my cups by the top, the lid, and this lid just slides right off. I almost dropped it.

super cute and holds a good amount. just be wary of filling it too much because the liquid can come up out of the straw hole very easily, but i purchased in person and knew that would be the case. the lid also just pushes in, it doesn’t twist on so make sure you grab it from the cup part not the lid!
