That said, the scent is pleasant and has a floral undertone, it smells fresh when I catch wafts throughout the day. It left my skin lightly moisturized; very nice for warm/hot days! For winter, I’d definitely have to use something a little thicker. But for summer, this is perfect! I am also a big fan of Clarins formulations and their commitment to clean, high-quality ingredients. Definitely will remain in my lineup!

My oily/combo skin doesn’t need very much during the day and when worn with my SPF over top it’s almost too much in our humid climate. But I will say, my dehydrated spots (like around my nose and by my crows feet) get less irritated when I use this. (It’s almost too bad because this isn’t exactly cheap.) 😜

Sometimes I feel use the serum from this same line before the day cream but then sunscreen is an absolute must considering the ingredients in the serum. They also make this in a travel size, which is the one I have and it's very convenient as I'm usually always on the go for work/personal travel. I would recommend it to those looking for a new hydrating moisturizer on the market!

It makes my skin glow throughout the day and my makeup applies over top really well!! The sea holly extract and strawberry tree fruit extract are unique and really benefit the skin. My one big issue is the fragrance because I have sensitive skin so I won’t be able to continue using this. I don’t want to risk a breakout.
