Clarins Multi-Active Day Moisturizer - 1oz - Ulta Beauty

Got this because I was noticing my skin loosing elaasticity and had 11 lines (29yr). It caused redness on my cheeks. Product was way too heavy. I have combindation type skin. This product might be better for 50+

The new formulation is an improvement over the previous. I only wish you continued the gel with the new formulation

The texture is light and pleasant, it lasts throughout the day and moisturizes the skin and most importantly the smell is wonderful, I love Clarins for the smell of the products

I usually use Hydra Essential , found this cream to be thicker and more creamy, but enjoying the feel and feel it’s hydrating my skin more, and gives a dewy look to my complexion

I miss the old formula. I used to use this and the Multi-Active night cream every day. I have had to stop using both because the new formula was making my skin flake nonstop. Please bring back the old formulas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It gives my skin very hydrating underneath of all the layers of foundation and make up. It gives a daily glow boosting skin. It has good ingredients like niacinamide and sea holly extract. It’s a very good sample size that can test up to two weeks.

The formula had been changed since my last purchase and I was pleased to discover that I like the new formula even better which I didn’t think would be possible! The scent is light and lovely, the cream is silky and quickly absorbs into my skin resulting in a smooth, soft finish which allows my foundation to glide on, looking flawless. It’s rich yet not heavy. I’m very impressed with this cream as I didn’t think it could be improved. I look forward to applying it each morning and love the way it makes my face feel.

I quite enjoy the scent it’s fresh, not overpowering at all. The consistency is a luxurious, creamy texture that spreads nice and smoothly on the skin. nice moisturizer but wish it had an SPF. please add SPF to some of your moisturizers!

The Multi-Active Day face cream makes my complexion look so healthy. It's moisturizing but light and works well under foundation. Many days I only apply the face cream. I liked it so much I ordered the Night Cream for evening use.

I usually don't mind fragrance in cosmetics and skincare products but the fragrance in this is so strong it will irritate your eyes if it gets near your eye area which is not ideal for when you do not have time/money to apply an eye cream separately. It's not a nasty fragrance but it is very irritating to the eyes, but if you happen to get it near the corners of your mouth it will gross you out... it's inconvenient because other facial moisturizers for the same price aren't this much of a hassle. I like Clarins but they need to tone down the fragrance in their facial products.
