I received a sample size with purchase of another product. While the cleanser itself is sufficient I was expecting a more finely milled exfoliant similar to a sugar scrub. The exfoliant used was sporadic and rather rough. I would not buy this product on it's own.

Disappointed is and understatement with the change to this product. I thought I was going crazy trying to look for the one-step exfoliating cleanser until I realised you have completely changed the product. I cannot believe you changed the best product you have, and the one that got me into Clarins in the first place. This does not clean your skin and give the glow like the previous formula. Why on earth change something that was a best seller and not broken to begin with. To be “more eco friendly”? What a joke. I’d like to see the bottom line on that. Why you didn’t just create it as a new product is beyond me. Do not recommend and will not be buying anymore.

If joy came in the form of a facial cleanser, this would be it. So refreshing and a great start to my day. I’m in my late 40s and was leaning towards richer formulas but I’m happy I made a change which as it turns out is great for my skin. I will continue to purchase this.

I'm surprised how many positive reviews this has… personally I cannot handle the smell of it - and I typically always enjoy fragrance in my skin care! However the smell of this actually makes me nauseous when i use it! Very very strong plastic and fake cheese (haha) smell to it Yuck!
