Q: The listing says soy free but the label says contains soy. Does it or does it not actually contain soy?

  • A: We have used Lecithin (Soy) in our Protein Powders, as it is a traditional way to separate curds from whey. Lecithin derived from soy isn't an added component of our product and is only used as a byproduct for that separation process. The lecithin does not contain typical proteins from soy and is far removed at processing. This process is claimed as an ingredient on our labels to be completely transparent and compliant with FDA standards. Some great news! We have been working on perfecting our formula and many of our protein powders no longer contain Lecithin (Soy). You will see ""Soy Free"" on our new bags!

    Problems mixing completely

    I use the vanilla powder and chocolate peanut butter. When I use my shaker bottle the chocolate always mixes well when I shake for 30-60 sec. But the vanilla is always in clumps still when I shake for the same amount of time. Wondering if anyone else has had the same issues with the Vanilla powder?

    Strange Odor & Taste

    I purchased this protein a few months ago and instantly fell in love. The consistency is good, but most importantly the taste was phenomenal. I ordered a second bag and unfortunately this time around, I was disappointed. There was a different smell and taste to this bag. I ordered the exact same product so I was a bit confused and kept giving it a chance. Sadly, it's to the point where this spoiled smell makes me gag and I can no longer use it. I will have to continue my protein search. Bummer because I thought I found a winner, but at this price point, I'm nervous to keep taking chances.

    I'm extremely pleased

    This is my favorite protein powder for clean, simple ingredients. I make my protein coffee with it and it's delicious. I use less than a full scoop but I make multiple protein coffees throughout the day. Yummy and blends in really well with my frother. You have to add it to the liquid vs. the liquid to the powder to get it to be more.. Clump free. 😁 Hope this helps! I can't wait to try other flavors.

    Simply the BEST

    I love this stuff

    We have started making protein ice cream with our Ninja Creami and this protein makes a killer ice cream. You can add flavors like mint, cake batter, etc.

    terrible taste

    So I have been using this flavor for a very long time. I have decided to cancel my subscription due to the terrible chemical smell that I have noticed in all my bags. I order 2 at a time and each of them have a strong chimerical smell or rancid smell. I use this flavor for my shakes and overnight oats and I just can't eat the oats the taste is overwhelming.
