I loved this deodorant! It smelled great and worked the best of all the non-aluminum deodorants I have tried. It got 3 stars due to packaging. A large amount sticks to the lid when first opened and in the bottom at the end. It is not a cheap product, so I ended up scooping this with a Qtip and got enough for another week of application.

When struggling to remove the inner plastic top, it finally came off but was filled with the product. The product itself seems to work fine, although it has something like pumice in it, which is bizarre. Gritty and irritating. The consistency of the product is all wrong for this type of applicator. It is not a solid, but rather a super thick, gritty cream. It comes off in little clumps so that the only way to apply it is with your fingers, which leaves a coating on them that is hard to scrub off. This will not be something I will purchase again.

I tried taking the plastic topper off and it was so stuck it broke the whole top off, I can't get to the store to return in. It's ruined.

Heads up, this case is plastic, not paper. The fragrance is great though! And deodorant works great! I bought this because I thought it came in a plastic-free paper package. But when it came in the mail it was a plastic case, I didn't see any packaging info on the page that would have helped.

Great smell, lasts well and awesome consistency

This glidese on more easily than other natural brands that i have tried and the ingredient listing is very nice. However, i find my self very disappoint that it does not stand up a day of work that involves moderate perspiration. I can smell myself when i disrobe after work. If they improve thier formula i would be willing to try it again. But for a moderately active to very active person this may not suffice

Best natural deodorant I have found!

Best deodorant EVER!!! I have tried so many and this is the ONLY one that works. SO HAPPY!!!

Burned my arm pits and made them super itchy. Would not recommend.

The deodorant came a yellow green and stained my towels and clothes. I used it once and immediately regretted it. The product seemed old or expired. Super disappointing.

Product itself smells great, great ingredients and packaging, unfortunately it was not effective (at least for me). I used everyday for 3-4 weeks, hoping my armpits would adjust, never happened, constantly felt like I stunk the moment I began to sweat.

Not a good deodorant for me. I got rashes on both arms, bumps, and hyperpigmentation. My armpits turned darker and it took a few weeks to revert - had to detox. I would be weary of it due to the baking soda in it (probable cause of the pigment change and reaction). I also constantly had build up/stickiness, even using a small amount. Good luck!

Too much money for too little results.

I don’t understand how this product received so many 5 stars!? As someone else mentioned, it darkened my armpits. My teenager son used it too and it had the same symptoms, I gave him the unscented one because I knew he had sensitive skin. Did it help for B.O. - yes but some ingredient is aggressively strong! Would not recommend if you have sensitive skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the years I have tried all sorts of deodorants in attempt to find one that works, smells nice and doesn't need to be reapplied every five minutes. There is no doubt that until now, the commercial ones that harm our bodies and contain aluminum have been best at stopping sweat and smell. But now we can have the best of both worlds because cleo+coco smells amazing and can be applied in the morning and then forgotten about. It works, and it works well. I love it.

Sticky and clogs my pits and the charcoal leaves a dark film

smells great but does not last AT ALL! literally lasted maybe an hour or two before i was sticky and smelly which has never happened to me before - and i was just working from home!

I want to start by saying: I really like the ingredients in this product, especially that it is free of parabens and phthalates. This deodorant also does a good job of not making me smell like B.O. That being said, by the end of the day, this product has almost a petroleum smell-- similar to that of oil pastels. I believe it is likely due to the clay absorbing my sweat. The smell of this product at application isn't my favorite either, but I typically like more milky scents (coconut, oat, vanilla, etc.) for my products than notes of herbal citrus. As for the actual application of the product, this deodorant has a gritty texture which causes soreness on my underarms. Finally, perhaps my biggest complaint is the size of this product. I can't imagine this product lasting more than two weeks, and - at $12 per stick - it simply isn't economical. If price and end of day smell aren't deal breakers, I would recommend this product.

I love It.. but It darkened my pits after 2 weeks of use. I also got a bump.

Great smell. Needs a little warming to spread. No staining. Love it so far.
