By far the best kimchi perfect level of spice and flavor and very crunchy highly recommend

I bought this kimchi to try something a little different to my normal brand and well I wasn’t too satisfied. This kimchi just tastes…weird? I can’t put my tongue on it. It also ended up being much spicier than I thought. I know they have a spicy version but this already packs a pretty big punch. It doesn’t make me want to vomit and it’s tolerable, but I won’t be buying again. Just not my usual favorite flavor that I get with other kimchis.

Delicious extremely spicy

Quality, spice level, and flavors are good, but omg the amount of salt in this is excessive. It's so much it makes it difficult to eat. It would be so good if not for that.

I think it boils down to the fact that everybody has their preferences. I personally love this kimchi, and it’s the only brand I buy (I like to snag it when it goes on sale). It’s delicious on my opinion, and it gets added to so many things that I eat and cook— eggs, salads, etc. If you eat it on its own, it has a significant kick to the point where you may not be able to eat much, but my preference is mixing it into other dishes. It provides a delightful crunch and tanginess. Seems to be very healthy based on the ingredients, too. I highly recommend!

I read all the reviews about this product and was hesitant, but was not disappointed. Yes this isnt from Korea and yes this product didnt have Napa cabage. I knew that i was still purchasing a healthy, local made Kimchi to go along with my eggs, rice, tacos, toast, and much more. I looked into the company and they seem to be focused more on health and a good product, than money. I am telling all my coworkers and friends about this kimchi. Enjoy!

It looks more like coleslaw with gochujang than kimchi. Where is the cabbage? It does look like scraps. Biggest red flag, it’s not Korean or Asian made kimchi when kimchi is a Korean dish

Everything all the people disliked about this are 100% truth to the point the high rating is an insult. I feel they threw all the scraps into a crappy blender and called it a day. Better than nothing I guess…

First time buyer here and I can’t believe I haven’t gotten this before, it’s so tasty and it’s good for your gut health? Sign me up. It’s spicy, so if that’s not your thing, find a different one.

This is literally the worst kimchi I have had in my entire life. I absolutely LOVE Kimchi and usually like eating it with everything, especially on baked sweet potatoes! However, this brand is just SO BAD 😭😭. I literally couldn't get myself to eat it, I had to throw it away because it made me want to throw up. So so gross. I don't know how anyone could review this WELL?? Please don't waste your money.

Very important to note, this is not authentic kimchi, which is probably why there are mixed reviews. I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to notify people that regular cabbage is used here instead of napa cabbage, so it does taste different than one would expect kimchi to taste. It’s more like a kimchi version of sauerkraut. Once I realized that, it grew on me and we have eaten the entire bag. I had some extra mayo & sriracha blend and I decided to try mixing some together for a kimchi coleslaw and that worked really well and was very good. Drain the excess liquid from the kimchi first if you try this. The other negative is that most of it is cut into pieces that are too small and it makes me feel like I’m eating crumbs. This product would be better if they left the pieces a little longer.

it is NOT good!! the crunch is still there, which is nice, but it's *too* crunchy. it doesn't have the tang i expect with kimchi, and the flavor is just off. i should've known this wasn't going to be good when i saw they also make pickles and sauerkraut.

The absolute best Kimchi I have had in a long time. It’s even better than some I’ve had at restaurants. I never really write a review but I did for this one. It is eye opening how good it is. It’s super crunchy, fresh, flavorful with the right amount of spice. Only thing is I wish the cabbage pieces were bigger like other reviewers stated, but it’s no biggie. Not something I would remove a star over. Overall satisfied

In my opinion this was so good! The crunchiness and flavor almost reminds me of going to Korean BBQ a little spicy but still so good!

Really fresh, really crunchy, obviously top tier quality, delicious, but beware as it's really spicy haha the spiciest kimchi I've ever had. But really really yummy.

Loved it! A bit spicy but flavorful, if you like spicy/garlic you’ll like it. Nothing like homemade kimchi but it is pretty good for a quick grab

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was pretty decent but expected more would be great with kabasis or candian bacon it was great packaging but I would still prefer my brand of kraut
