The package was almost identical to the normal cliffbars so one concern as a mom is that I wouldn't want my kids eating it by mistake

The flavor is rich and just the right amount of salty-sweet—not too overpowering or artificial like some protein bars can be. It has a nice chewy texture with a bit of crunch, which makes it feel more satisfying. The added caffeine is a game-changer for early morning workouts or long hikes. I felt a noticeable energy boost without the jitters I sometimes get from coffee. It’s definitely more convenient than carrying both a snack and a drink. That said, it is a bit on the dense side, so I wouldn’t reach for it as a casual snack. But for pre-workout fuel or a mid-adventure pick-me-up, it really hits the spot. Would definitely keep one of these in my gym bag or backpack from now on!

This was the perfect pick me up snack when I was running errands and also exhausted. I love caramel anything so I was hopeful this would taste great! The texture reminds me of a chewy bar. Definitely felt a bit more focused afterwards; stimulants scratch my ADHD itch, just right. And it was soft! Not crumbly. Another plus. I found the taste a little mealy, but otherwise fine.

I’m not sure that the caffeine had any effect although me and caffeine don’t mix well most of the time. I don’t get affected by it. So I’m the wrong person to ask. Overall I do really enjoy cliff bars and recommend you give them a try.

I didn't really feel the difference with the added of caffeine, and I'm not sure I would want caffeine since I'm a coffee drinker.... but the flavor was very good. I would recommend if you wanted to add a little extra pep in your step! The Packaging great and the same as all the other cliff bars if you're familiar with the brand.

As a teacher, I also need something really quick that I can eat between classes. These Clif bars meet all of the requirements.
