Great Value!
This radio is very good! The battery life is excellent, the range is about 100 yards maximum, but inside those 100 yards the quality is very good. The device itself is very sturdy and worth the money. It's a battery powered CB radio and it's just as good as a regular CB radio!

The quality of the machine
The quality of the machine is good but does not revive at all, the battery is good but I would not recommend for a hand held cb for any receiving does not work at all.

As far as the unit
As far as the unit goes, it is working as I expect a Cobra unit to work. As far as using it in my truck, I have no way to mount it due to the different belt clip. A pity because there is no room to mount a normal CB. I travel all up and down the eastern seaboard, I thought this would assist during my weekly trips.

Not sure about the range only bought for checking in at customers seems to be a well built device. Have yet to need it to check in but have seen others using them and the range tends to be a hundred yards or so.

Cobra has always made good products for a long time and this radio continues that tradition. Very nice and works well when needed at my job. The Cobra mic I also recommend.
