The jury is still out on the effectiveness of this product. I am using them as a sublingual due to my inability to absorb B1 through the gut. I have to say, though, that the taste is not unpleasant to me contrary to some of the reviews I have read. They do take about 20 minutes to completely dissolve.

This really seems to help your body properly handle carbs and sugars. Even if you take it after eating it works well. I noticed it works best when also taking the sublingual b complex and sublingual pantethine.
