The lemon and honey flavors are not overwhelming but still enough to feel a touch of instant relief that doesn’t disappear as soon as the lozenge is gone. I definitely like these better than many others I’ve tried and they don’t have the overwhelming “medicine” taste. I’ll definitely get these again.

I’ve read about the benefits of zinc but was not too familiar with them! Anything that shortens a cold by upwards of 40% is definitely worth trying!

I started feeling that dreaded scratchy throat one afternoon, popped a lozenge, and kept using them every few hours like the directions said. I swear it made a difference — my cold never fully took hold the way it usually does. Instead of being knocked out for a week, I just had a mild case for a few days. The taste isn’t bad either! I had the honey lemon flavor, and while you can definitely taste the zinc (kind of a metallic hint), it wasn’t overwhelming or gross like I worried it might be. They’re easy to suck on and didn’t upset my stomach or anything. Definitely keeping a box on hand for the next time I feel a cold coming on. If you catch it early and follow the instructions, I really think Cold-EEZE gives you a fighting chance to shorten or even dodge a full-blown cold. Totally worth it!
