A: Hello, Yes, our products are authentic. We purchase all of our products from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors. We do not open any products upon receiving them. Our returns department is in a different state than any of our warehouses in order to prevent any used items getting mixed in with our new inventory. We hope this information helps.
