I got this backpack less than a year ago for Christmas. After a month of going back and forth with Target they refuse to honor the 365 guarantee, and since I don’t have the “original” receipt they won’t honor the 5 year warranty (even though the warranty says nothing about needing the receipt). I was stuck out in a rain storm when walking from my car to my office (about a 5 minute walk). In that time this “water resistant bag” got wet and began to denigrate and separate itself from the bag, bubbling up. I am an avid target shopper. I do most of my shopping at Target, but this experience has really put a sour taste in my mouth.

Bought this bag a year and a half ago for vacation to NYC. It fits under the seats of an airplane beautifully and it was a perfect alternative to a purse for the trip. Now I use it every day for work. It has held up so well and I love it.

It’s a nice back BUT it doesn’t stay up. If you put anything in the front pocket it will keep falling over even if you lean it on something. Something is strange about the design that it won’t sit straight up even if you put more weight at the back. It’s really annoying when it keeps falling over and you have to put it backwards so it stays put. It’s too expensive for this bag to not sit up straight and keep falling over.
