I had friends rave about these bottles. I like them but have had nothing but issues with the nipples. It states to not use a bottle brush to clean the nipple…i never put the brush in the nipple. Soon enough all but one of the nipples have magically turned to fast flow which totally defeats the purpose of controlling gas. If you’re not careful and screw the cap on tight enough to where you can’t get it off you will have some leaks. Also, they’re VERY easy to tip over. In those early days of breastfeeding where every drop was precious they failed me. Would I make the investment given the issues i have had? No.

These nipples are perfect to use with thicker liquids like milk with oatmeal. My 6mos twins are able to drink without a struggle

Comotomo bottles are wonderful! These replacement nipples fit into the same cap and work with any of the bottles when you need to move up the next level in flow. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

Best choice for my lo when I went back to work. These were the only bottles she was willing to take.

Much better than Y cut nipples.

These worked great when adding rice cereal or oatmeal to baby's bottle. She doesn't have to try as hard or get frustrated with her bottle because the nipple hole gets clogged. The Y shape solves those problems.

We love these bottles and they have worked so well since the baby was a few weeks old to now almost a year.

I LOVE Comotomo bottles but my baby rips through them quite easily. I had several different bottles and Comotomo were the only ones that my daughter accepted for weaning. They feel great! Easy to clean too. They tear quickly with teething baby though. I wouldn't mind so much but they are expensive, so you have to keep extra close eye for rips and tears (boohoo).

I have absolutely loved the comotomo bottles. My babies tend to have a hard time going between nursing to bottle but these bottles have been great and made it much easier for my babies. They are great wuality as well!

Works for my baby, she took hours to finish one bottle with level 3, She is 10 months old and Y cut works best for her.

I am not sure why these are hard to find, but target had them! I just love comotomo bottles! Thy have been perfect with nursing and offering bottle! I haven't had any problems. These 3 holes on the nipple did come out a little fast but my child was able to adjust quick! Clean up great too! Would recommend them!

We love Comotomo milk bottles--so much better than many other brands we tried. And this nipple is good for baby above 6 month old. My baby can take it without any problem.

I love the Como Tomo bottles and I've never had an issue with the level 1 or 2 nipples. My son had some trouble gaining weight, so we had to start adding oatmeal to his bottle for added calories. The thickness of the oatmeal made it impossible to use the regular nipples, so we ordered these. They were wonderful for about 3 days until the cuts tore and the liquid began just spilling out of the bottle.

Way better than the "Y" cut.... I purchased the Y's previously and the ripped and everything would pour out of the bottle. I went by the suggested age but I think these are way better.
