Q: Before first use the instructions state to remove battery that is in the remote and insert a new battery. So I discard the battery that comes with the remote and buy a new battery to use? Correct?

The fan works great! Bought this on a recommendation because I have a wall AC unit on the opposite side of the building from where I sleep. The fan's settings work great, kept me cool, and the included manual gives great tips on how to use the fan with your existing temp control setup (fans, ac unit, etc.) and how to place/orient the fan for maximum cooling!

I bought this fan a while ago. worked great for about a month. Now turns itself off after less than a minute. in trying to look up a fix or if I missed something on line I saw several sights with people complaining about the same issue. Loved it when it worked

Bought this fan a year ago, it died. It was a good fan when it was working. I did like the size and quietness of the fan. I just wish it would have lasted longer than a year.

Bought one for my granddaughter dorm room worked so good came home and ordered one for myself. I run a fan all year long even brought this one along on vacation and it cooled the room really well we had an air conditioner in awackward part of hotel room but it drew air over. Highly recommend this fan.

I love these fans I purchased for my husband and I. They work great. Not loud. 3 levels of air. They are cute. The cats love to lay in front of it too. A lil pricey then I wanted to pay. These are not the upgraded fancy ones that move side to side and up and down that I was looking for. But I am satisfied customer.
