As with many others, I am a woman who bought this brush and I love it. I have long hair that tends to get tangled pretty easily, especially when wet and I find this brush to work great. I love the texture of the handle as well, it's very smooth and comfortable. Can't beat the price either for the quality.

Not sure what makes this a brush for men, but it works perfectly well on my lush lady locks. It *is* black, so maybe that’s more approachable for men worried their brush is too feminine for their manly hair. Men! Women! People! Brush your hair with this brush! It’s 100% just a regular brush that goes through hair.

Definitely one of my most favorite brushes to use. I have think, coarse, natural curly hair and I have no problems using this product.
