Tiny water tank, weak, and stopped working after six months
Strongly encourage you not to buy this. The water tank is tiny and there is not enough steam to even get through one regular sized item of clothing before you have to refill it. The tank is very difficult to remove from the steamer and a pain to have to refill multiple times during the process. On top of that the steam is not very powerful and you have to go over areas multiple times to get wrinkles out. But worst of all, it stopped working completely after only six months of very infrequent use. Do not recommend.

Steam Power Suddenly Decreased
I have been using this device for some time and I was very satisfied with it. However, it suddenly stopped working properly. The steam gradually became weaker and weaker, and its power decreased significantly. Now, the steam output is almost zero. This happened suddenly and without any apparent reason. There was no specific incident or damage that I can identify. The device simply lost its power and is now barely producing any steam.

Decent but just ok
Kind of heavy and bulky for a travel steamer, first one was defective and I had to get a replacement. Second is in working order and works ok but I’ve owned cheaper, lighter, more powerful steamers.

Only used it maybe 4 to 5 times!
Brought this specific Travel Garment Steamer with Dual Voltage because of my travels for work. Unfortunately, the steamer has only worked a few times before it stopped functioning properly. It still heats the water, but no steam comes out of the steam outlet, making it unusable.

Save your money
Had it less than a year. Hardly ever used. I think I used it about 5 times and it stopped working. Steam doesn’t come out anymore. I always used distilled water like the instructions require.

Stopped steaming
Bought this steamer 2 months ago and loved it. We used it daily with distilled water only, and even travelled, using the dual voltage system without issue. Then, suddenly, the steamer stopped producing steam, though it seemed to still be heating up… it’s completely defective! We spent a lot of money on it and are incredibly disappointed.
