Product didn’t even work. Press the steam release button and it vibrates and makes a loud noise and still doesn’t steam too. Had to return.

The true test of any "tool" is to take it out of its natural surroundings. The HS-26 always gets the job done at home but it's a great partner when traveling. Never need to worry about clothes languishing in a suitcase or a hotel without laundry service. Well designed, compact and doesn't take long to show someone how to use.

I got this as a Christmas gift from my daughter. Its light weight and design make it so easy to use, especially on delicate materials. The way it streams out wrinkles sure beats lugging a heavy iron on a ironing board.
